SUSE Linux Essentials for Windows Professionals
This workshop is designed to transition Windows administrative skills to the SUSE Linux environment. This course places emphasis on using Linux management utilities such as YaST to install and manage software, understand Linux security mechanisms, access online help and introduce the command line interface, the vim editor and native Linux commands. This course also covers topics related to the Bash shell, reading and writing shell scripts, process management, monitoring and time management.
