Instructions: To get a userid and password on the Highline Community
College HP system, you must be registered in CIS 219, CIS 215, CIS 216,  
and/or CIS 217.  If you are, and don't have one, please fill out the 
following information and E-mail it back to me.

	Country:                 (Don't bother if United States)

	Other E-mail Address:

Your userid will take the form of:

{Last name initial}{First name initial}{Middle initial}t216

When your Userid is established, A letter will be U.S. Mailed to you 
with the userid, password, electronic mail address and other introductory 
information. Due to its sensitivity, it will not be E-mailed to you. You
can also get this information handed to you in person from the instructor.
